The Solo 6 Game Changer is the same as our Solo Game Changer except the blow 4 and blow 8 are A’s instead of C’s – well these are the notes on a Solo 6 in the Key of C. On a C, when you add that A you change the base chord from a C-E-G triad to a C-E-G-A major 6th chord also known as a C6 chord. The Solo 6 layout gives you the Am scale naturally, without pushing the slide in, and because the Game Changer bends so easily, coupled with the fact that you have that A right where you need it, the Solo 6 becomes a versatile jazz and blues instrument. It opens the door for more interesting chord combinations and improvising possibilities.
